Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with proof of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance or admin experience in a related field.
• Experience with CMMS software and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the CMMS software to meet operational needs.
• Manage CMMS data including equipment records, BOMs, work orders and history.
• Create and deliver training programs and provide user support.
• Develop PM schedules and work orders to optimize maintenance processes.
• Schedule PM tasks and collaborate with Maintenance/Facility Managers.
• Oversee inventory procurement and vendor parts orders.
• Maintain asset history with performance and cost data.
• Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs and trends.
