Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a CMDB Product Owner to transform the CMDB into a trusted data source supporting incident, change, and risk decisions. You will own data governance, CI ownership, and a service-oriented CMDB aligned with ITIL and industry frameworks.

The role drives continuous discovery, data quality, and AI-enabled improvements across ESM, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders in a Fortune 200‑scale environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data management, governance, or data science with large data
• Hands-on CMDB/asset data experience and profiling using SQL, Python, or BI tools
• Experience building service-oriented data models linking CI data to services and value

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CMDB data governance and integrity
• Develop a service data model aligned to value and ITIL frameworks
• Lead automated CI discovery and mapping across hybrid/multicloud infra
• Apply AI/agentic AI concepts to CMDB governance and data quality
• Advise on governance standards and CSI actions across ESM
