Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a CMDB Product Owner to lead the transformation of the CMDB into a governed, service-aligned data model that supports ITSM processes and AI-enabled automation. You will own end-to-end CMDB data integrity, establish governance standards, and drive the data strategy across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data management, governance, or data science.
• Hands-on CMDB experience with ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery.
• Experience applying ITIL to enterprise data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own CMDB data governance and integrity across the enterprise.
• Define and communicate CMDB policies, standards, and CI ownership rules.
• Evolve CMDB data model to connect CIs to services and business value.
• Lead automated CI discovery and mapping across hybrid infrastructure.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled governance and data quality improvements.
