Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced CMDB Configuration Manager to oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and governance of the CMDB. The role requires strong CMDB, ITSM, data quality, and governance expertise across technical and business teams.

You will manage CI lifecycles, discoveries, integrations, and dashboards while maintaining data quality and supporting audits and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMDB, ITSM, or related field experience.
• Strong understanding of CMDB concepts, CIs, relationships, and data models.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar enterprise CMDB platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CMDB data to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness.
• Define and enforce CMDB governance, standards, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain Configuration Items, relationships, attributes, and data models.
