Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Product Owner for ServiceNow CMDB to define the vision, roadmap, and platform strategy. You will collaborate with IT Operations, Engineering, Security, Asset Management, and Service Management to ensure accurate, reliable configuration data supporting critical IT processes.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and platform enhancement, with a focus on collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of CMDB capabilities.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Configuration Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and governance best practices.
• Experience building or supporting enterprise CMDB programs in complex organisations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes: Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem, and IT Asset Management.
• Experience implementing governance, data quality programs, and operational controls.
• Experience with data integration across IT systems and cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow CMDB product roadmap and governance framework.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Drive data quality, completeness, accuracy, and adoption of CMDB.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, and controls for configuration management.
• Collaborate with IT Ops, Engineering, Security, and Asset Management teams.
• Define CI ownership, lifecycle governance, and service mapping practices.
• Measure CMDB performance with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve CMDB maturity and adoption.
