The Hartford is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Product Owner to lead enterprise CMDB strategy, governance, and transformation. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and metrics while guiding a team of CMDB professionals across the organization to improve data quality, service visibility, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading enterprise CMDB, ITOM, or configuration mgmt programs.
• Proven people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Deep expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and related integrations.
• Experience building product roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and IT service mgmt practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Responsabilités

• Own the CMDB product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of CMDB engineers, analysts, and administrators.
• Drive CMDB modernization, governance, and CSDM alignment initiatives.
• Improve CMDB data quality, service visibility, lifecycle governance, and certification processes.
• Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph, and CMDB integration strategies.
• Establish standards, controls, and accountability models that ensure trusted, sustainable CMDB operations.
• Partner across infrastructure, cloud, security, application, and operations teams to improve asset and service visibility.
• Define and report on KPIs that demonstrate business value, risk reduction, operational efficiency, and platform health.
