Job summary

Fitness Connection USA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's sales culture, train and motivate a team of Fitness Consultants, and consistently hit personal and team goals. This full-time role involves a 40-45 hour week, including evenings and weekends, with a pathway to Club Manager through the MIT program and substantial bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of successful sales leadership with full-cycle sales experience.
• High-output individual who consistently hits personal goals.
• Player-coach mindset—develops the team while staying sharp.
• Strong communicator and motivator with the ability to lift the team when it counts.
• Disciplined and data-driven in decision making, using numbers to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with personal sales goals and outperform them.
• Coach and develop a team of Fitness Consultants to high performance.
• Own the full sales cycle: tour guests, follow up on leads, close memberships.
• Recruit and onboard talent competitive and coachable.
• Break down team and individual goals into daily action plans with clear accountability.
• Plan and execute sales events, community outreach, and referral drives.
• Ensure operational excellence at front desk, lead tracking, and club appearance.
• Use data and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Partner with Club Manager to align on strategy and goals.
