Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club’s membership sales function, build a high-performing team, and drive daily activity to fuel growth. The role requires visible leadership, real-time coaching, and the ability to convert prospects into members while maintaining the Fitness Connection brand standards.

You’ll recruit and develop Fitness Consultants, establish performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement.

• Proven success in meeting sales or revenue goals.
• Experience leading sales activity and improving team performance.
• Ability to create urgency in a goal-driven environment.

• Own membership sales performance and translate goals into daily activities.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Fitness Consultants.
