Fitness Connection is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales function, build a high-performing team, and drive daily activity that fuels growth. You’ll coach in real time, create energy around goals, and help prospects take the first step toward healthier lives through fitness.

Qualifications

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales, membership, or revenue goals.
• Experience leading sales activity and improving team performance.
• Ability to create urgency and maintain focus in a goal-driven environment.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, closing, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance and translate monthly goals into daily activity, coaching, and accountability that drive revenue growth.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture by coaching effective selling behaviors and reinforcing processes.
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity, community relationships, and positive prospect experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach Fitness Consultants and drive development activities.
• Deliver ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance coaching.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
• Facilitate sales huddles, role plays, and development activities to strengthen selling skills.
• Build engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Prepare team members for future growth opportunities within the organization.
• Drive disciplined sales execution through reporting, lead management, and operational consistency.
