Qualifications

• Strong track record in sales leadership and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals.
• Experience in membership or retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth and revenue through daily activity and coaching.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Fitness Consultants.
• Deliver a member-engaging club experience with strong relationships.
• Run the business with disciplined sales execution and reporting.
