Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales and coach a high-performing team. You will sell memberships, coach Fitness Consultants, create energy around daily goals, and help prospects take the first step toward healthier lives through fitness.

This hands-on leadership role blends performance leadership, people development, and member connection to bring our mission to life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience leading sales activity and improving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth & Revenue by translating goals into daily activity, coaching, and accountability.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture through coaching, processes, and confidence-building.
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity and community relationships to convert interest into memberships.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Fitness Consultants; provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching.
• Deliver a member-engaging club experience; address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
