Responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance and translate monthly goals into daily activity, coaching, and accountability.
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity and relationship-building in the community.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Fitness Consultants; provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality member experiences and adherence to sales processes.
