Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales, coach a high-performing team, and drive daily activity that fuels growth. You’ll sell memberships, develop Fitness Consultants, and build energy around daily goals to help prospects start healthier lives.

The role blends leadership, people development, and member engagement in a fast-paced environment, with a commission-based bonus and strong growth opportunities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience leading sales activity and improving team performance.
• Ability to create urgency and maintain focus in a goal-driven environment.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth & Revenue: Own membership sales performance and translate monthly goals into daily activity, coaching, and accountability.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture by coaching selling behaviors, reinforcing processes, and building confidence across the team.
• Lead from the front, maintaining personal sales activity, cultivating community relationships, and creating positive prospect experiences that convert interest into membership.
• Run the business: ensure disciplined sales execution, maintain compliance, safety, and reporting, and support club leadership and daily operations.
