Job summary
Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to drive membership growth, lead a high-energy sales team, and create accountability for results. You’ll coach Fitness Consultants, lead daily activity, and build relationships that convert prospects into members while delivering a premier club experience.
You’ll manage performance, promote engagement, and uphold standards to fuel revenue growth and member satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience leading sales activity and improving team performance in membership or retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Own membership sales performance and translate monthly goals into daily activity and accountability.
- Lead from the front by maintaining personal sales activity and coaching Fitness Consultants.
- Develop a high-performing sales culture through coaching, selling behaviors, and sales process reinforcement.
- Build authentic relationships with prospects, members, and teammates to drive conversions.
- Ensure compliant, high-quality member experiences and operational standards.
