Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales, build a high-performing team, and drive daily activity to fuel growth.

You'll coach consultants, set daily goals, meet membership targets, and create a culture of accountability and exceptional member experiences.

This hands-on leadership role requires energy, relationship-building, and a track record of achieving revenue goals in a fast-paced health-club environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level of experience in sales leadership or related role is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team to hit targets and KPI’s.
• Experience in customer-facing leadership roles and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth & Revenue by translating goals into daily activity and accountability.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture through coaching and sales process reinforcement.
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity and by building community relationships.
