You will monitor KPIs, ensure certifications are current, and coordinate with HQ on inventory and promotions. The role requires strong organizational skills and commitment to world-class service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required; training provided if needed.
• Proven ability to lead, encourage, develop, and supervise others.
• Familiar with Excel core values, culture, and brand expectations.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage a team effectively.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Team oriented, motivated, and well organized.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively.
• Ability to handle confidential information; maintain discretion.
• Basic understanding in Excel and Word; DataTrak; Workday; Service Channel.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and implementing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Oversee hiring processes, interviewing, and onboarding documentation.
• Train and develop new team members; ensure certifications are up to date.
• Supervise and coach up to 20 team members; address performance.
• Monitor KPI goals and club performance metrics with GM.
• Ensure a clean facility and great member service; routine inspections.
• Enter work orders and manage facility equipment serviceability.
• Audit inventory and coordinate with GM and HQ on orders.
• Support marketing and promotional activities; assist with payroll and scheduling.
