You will ensure certifications, schedule payroll items, and maintain a clean, high-energy club environment while coordinating with HQ on inventory and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required; on-site training available if uncertified.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning strategies to attract and retain members while upholding Excel Core Values.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding documentation.
• Train and develop new team members and ensure certifications/training.
• Supervise up to 20 Team Players and address performance considerations.
• Monitor KPI goals, payroll, and schedule validation for smooth operations.
• Manage club inventory, orders, and back-office marketing support.
• Conduct regular team meetings and field operational questions or emergencies.
