Job summary

Excel Fitness in The Colony, TX is seeking a hands-on Club Operations Supervisor to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead up to 6 Team Players, train staff, uphold Excel values, and ensure a welcoming member experience.

This role emphasizes consistency, audits, inventory communication with management, and daily inspections. You will participate in community outreach, maintain standards, and help resolve member issues while staying proficient with PFHQ and Excel

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required or training provided within 30 days.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in implementing member-attraction and retention strategies.
• Train and supervise up to 6 Team Players and model expected behaviors.
• Conduct daily club inspections and audits to meet Excel standards.
• Maintain member service levels, cleanliness, and club atmosphere.
• Oversee inventory with GM/AM and communicate orders.
• Represent Excel Fitness at community events and outreach activities.
• Ensure adherence to policies, resolve day-to-day member issues.
