You will supervise up to 20 Team Players, handle onboarding and training, monitor KPIs, coordinate marketing, and ensure a clean, world-class club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required; uncertified team players will be trained within first 30 days of employment.
• Proven ability to lead, encourage, develop, and supervise the work of others.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, and corporate systems (DataTrak, Workday, Service Channel).

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and implementing strategies to attract and keep members.
• Oversee hiring process from candidate selection through onboarding.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Ensure all team players stay certified and trained as required.
• Counsel and discipline staff and coach performance.
• Support KPI monitoring and club metrics.
• Maintain a clean facility and world-class member service.
• Enter work orders and ensure maintenance is serviceable for members.
• Audit daily paperwork and resolve member issues.
• Assist with marketing activities and club promotions.
• Oversee payroll items and commissions when applicable.
• Represent the company at community events and conduct team meetings.
