Job summary

Planet Fitness in Bellbrook, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations, drive membership growth and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming gym environment in line with Planet Fitness standards. You will lead a team, supervise front desk and cleaning staff, oversee scheduling, training, and member services while upholding the Judgement Free Zone philosophy on the floor.

Required: 18+, on-site work, CPR/AED within required timeframes, tanning certification

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training, supervision, and performance management.
• Oversee daily club operations ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone philosophy and provide exceptional member service.
• Support scheduling and time management for staff and front desk operations.
