Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fitness preferred.
• Experience as Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness.
• Supervisory, diplomatic and listening skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple products.
• Energetic, hardworking and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and ensure top customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and oversee staff scheduling.
• Oversee front desk activities, check-ins, and tour new members.
• Resolve employee issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with member questions, tours, and requests.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
• Assist in ordering supplies and budgeting for the club.
• Track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics and reports.
• Provide backup coverage for absent employees.
