Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• CPR/AED certification obtained within required timeframes.
• Must work onsite at the Springfield, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Club Manager with daily club operations and staff supervision.
• Lead, train, and motivate front desk and maintenance staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members.
• Handle member questions, requests, and tours for prospective members.
• Support scheduling and timekeeping for staff; monitor inventory and supplies.
