Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, answer questions, and assist with tours and sign-ups. You will manage account inquiries, billing questions, and front desk operations using the club POS system.

On-site in Bellbrook, OH, the role requires CPR/AED and tanning certifications, a professional attitude, and a commitment to a clean, welcoming environment in our Judgement Free Zone.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments at the front desk.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with member questions and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the club including restrooms and workout areas.
