Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations, member experience, and staff leadership at a busy fitness club. You will drive membership growth, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and ensure high standards of service in line with Planet Fitness policies.

The role requires on-site work, strong leadership and customer service skills, and certifications in CPR/AED and tanning per company requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work onsite; not remote.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within required timeframes.
• Experience in fitness/customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train front desk staff and monitor performance.
• Manage daily club operations; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with member check-ins, tours and sign-ups.
• Maintain a welcoming Judgement Free Zone environment.
• Schedule staff and ensure shift coverage.
