Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to support club operations and deliver a Judgement Free member experience. You will be heavily involved in onboarding and training, and lead the team through task completion to prioritize KPI goals.

You will help drive member satisfaction, coach team members, and coordinate with the Club Manager on staffing and daily operations. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading a team is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Model outstanding member experience; coach and inspire others.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and provide backup staffing.
• Manage inventory for cleaning supplies and ordering club supplies.
• Track KPI and support hiring/onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
