Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a Club Operations team member to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in executing member attraction and retention strategies while training and supervising Team Players.

The role emphasizes maintaining high member service levels, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and Excel standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required; training within 30 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM and AM in implementing member attraction/retention strategies.
• Train new Team Players and model expected behaviors.
• Supervise Team Players and maintain high member service and club atmosphere.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure standards and policies are followed.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate with GM/AM on orders.
• May supervise operations when GM/AM are unavailable.
• Stay proficient with PFHQ and Excel platforms.
