Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a Club Operations leader to assist the General Manager in attracting and retaining members while upholding our core values. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff development, ensuring certifications and trainings are current.

The role includes KPI monitoring, inventory management, and promoting world-class member service. The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team of up to 20 Team Players in a busy club

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required or provide training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning strategies to attract and retain members and uphold Excel core values.
• Oversee hiring process from candidate selection to onboarding.
• Train and develop new team members; supervise up to 20 Team Players at one location.
• Ensure certifications and trainings are up to date for all Team Players.
• Monitor KPI goals and metrics; support club operations and service quality.
• Maintain clean facilities and high-quality member service; manage inventory and orders.
