• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required; training provided if needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist GM in planning strategies to attract and retain members.
• Oversee hiring process, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Ensure certifications and training requirements are up to date.
• Counsel and supervise team performance; motivate and coach staff.
• Monitor KPI goals and club metrics.
• Audit payroll, timecards, and HRIS items with GM.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.
