Bass Pro Shops CLUB Membership Manager oversees the CLUB credit program and customer experience, guiding store leadership and Outfitters to deliver CLUB benefits and events. This role acts as a CLUB champion across the store, ensuring adherence to program standards and driving engagement.

The position emphasizes coaching, talent development, and data-driven improvements to key CLUB metrics, while coordinating on-site and off-site CLUB events and promotions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and customers.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management, POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience in store.
• Lead and train Outfitters; coach leaders and peers.
• Recruit and retain CLUB Outfitters; build a strong store CLUB culture.
• Ensure compliance with CLUB metrics and operational programs; run data reports.
