The role emphasizes processing payments and applications, peer coaching, and adherence to CLUB programs and compliance requirements in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with account questions and applications.
• Process CLUB payments and activate new members.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and keep the area clean and organized.
