Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to train and coach staff and outfitters

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience across store
• Train and lead store leadership, peers, and outfitters
• Drive CLUB metrics, compliance, and events
• Coordinate CLUB promotions and on-site/off-site events
