Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience.
• Experience leading CLUB program initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CLUB customer experience standards and promote CLUB benefits.
• Coach and train store leadership and outfitters for CLUB processes.
• Build strong relationships with General Manager, managers, and outfitters to influence results.
• Lead CLUB 101 training for new Outfitters during onboarding.
