Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will serve as the CLUB product expert, handling account servicing, member activations, CLUB sales, and compliance while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes completing CLUB processes, coaching peers, and reporting daily feedback to support store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Process CLUB applications and payments; answer account questions.
• Maintain CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB member experience and report feedback timely.
• Support other store areas as needed.
