Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will act as product expert, assist with account servicing, applications, and CLUB programs to ensure a premium member experience.

You will greet customers, drive CLUB sales, maintain booth organization, and provide feedback on store metrics and member-related activities. This role supports multiple store areas per business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities and offers.
• Execute CLUB operations, member onboarding, and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and keep CLUB Booth organized and stocked.
• Assist with payments, applications, and answer member questions.
