Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service and promote CLUB Membership. The Outfitter will be the product expert, handle account servicing, membership activation, CLUB sales, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, process payments and applications, keep CLUB inventory accurate, and report feedback to the store team. This part-time role offers benefits such as dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Operate CLUB programs and process applications.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable on promotions.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and booth cleanliness.
• Record daily feedback and reports accurately.
• Coach and support CLUB team members.
• Support all store areas as needed.
