Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service while guiding guests to CLUB membership benefits. You will act as product expert, assist with account servicing, sales, and activating new members, while upholding CLUB processes and compliant operations.

You will engage customers on the floor, demonstrate products, process payments and applications, and provide a complete CLUB Member experience with timely feedback to store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership and benefits.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed on CLUB promotions and policies.
• Process CLUB applications, member services, and transactions.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to store leadership and peers.
