Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and guide guests through CLUB membership benefits. You will become the CLUB product expert, processing applications, activations, and sales while supporting store operations.

Ensure compliance and provide a superior customer experience in a dynamic shopping environment. You will assist with payments, answer account questions, and provide daily feedback to help meet store metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Process CLUB applications and member inquiries accurately.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with activations and payments.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed on promotions and CLUB programs.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and ensure a clean, organized space.
