Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service, educate guests about CLUB Membership, and guide new and current members through account servicing and sales. The Outfitter will be the CLUB product expert, executing account servicing, and CLUB processes with accuracy and enthusiasm.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across store functions while ensuring a memorable CLUB experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer CLUB Membership or exclusive experiences.
• Promote CLUB benefits and assist with CLUB applications.
• Process payments and respond to member questions.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed on advertised sales.
• Maintain CLUB booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
• Coach peers and advocate for the CLUB program.
• Support service across store areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CLUB procedures.
