Axon is seeking a Unified Communications Integration Engineer to join our Public Safety team in Phoenix, Arizona. You’ll engineer and deploy a Cloud-Based Emergency Real-Time Communication Platform, ensuring high availability, security, and interoperability with Carbyne’s UC services.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Sales and Product to deliver robust VoIP and UC solutions, leveraging open-source components and cloud infrastructure, in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with VoIP architecture.
• Hands-on installation experience deploying open-source UC.
• Extensive knowledge of SIP/SDP/RTP and WebRTC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly available 911 infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Carbyne’s UC platform.
• Provide customized UC solutions for clients.
