Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for CommandCentral software within the Global Education team. You’ll tailor content for end users and system administrators in the public safety sector, using Zoom, Google Meet, and other tools.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, measuring knowledge transfer, coordinating schedules with stakeholders, and traveling up to 50% to meet customer needs across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual and on-site training for software products.
• Strong communication and training documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across US and internationally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides
• Managing communication with customer and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness
• Operates under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager
• Relocation provided
