Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for CommandCentral software in the public safety sector. The role involves tailoring content for various student levels, developing training materials, and measuring knowledge transfer to improve customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will combine instructional experience with a technical background, facilitating sessions using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides both remotely and on-site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training delivery for cloud software in public safety.
• Experience teaching agency customers and staff.
• Ability to tailor content for varying student levels.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides
• Managing communication with customer and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness
• Operates under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager
