Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for CommandCentral software across customers.

You will tailor training for end users to system administrators in the Public Safety environment, using live software environments, documentation, and limited slide content. The role requires 3+ years of technical training experience and FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification, with travel up to 50%. Remote work from any US state is supported.

Qualifications

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products and services.
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third-party software integrations.
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct customers and staff on software use.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for CommandCentral and integrations.
• Prepare training materials and course content; manage training schedules and communications.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
