You will train agency customers and staff across software and integrations, using Zoom/Google Meet. Expect travel up to 50% and a role that supports CJIS security requirements and a collaborative training team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training delivery experience in software environments.
• Experience teaching end users to system administrators in public safety.
• Ability to tailor training to varying student levels and roles.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create training materials and course documentation for products or services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision of the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
