Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and in-person training on CommandCentral cloud software.

You will tailor sessions for end users and system administrators, develop materials, and ensure quality of training experiences for public safety customers. The role requires 3+ years of technical training, travel up to 50%, and the ability to obtain government background clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel requirements: frequent travel up to 50%, with domestic and occasional international travel.
• Requires ability to obtain background clearance for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete required reports within set standards and deadlines.
• Manage communications with customers and internal stakeholders regarding training schedules and projects.
• Create training materials and course content for new and existing products.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
