Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within the CommandCentral Training Delivery Team.

You will tailor and enhance the customer education experience for varying learner levels, from end users to system administrators in the public safety sector. The role requires strong initiative, instructional experience, and the ability to facilitate in-person and virtual classes, manage documentation, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification preferred.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with public safety products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet and Google Slides.
• Submit reports within set standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
