Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• Open to all US States remotely.
• Travel up to 50% expected.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions customer software.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Deliver training via Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders for project and training schedules.
• Create comprehensive training materials and course documentation for products and services.
• Evaluate knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Work under the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
