Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software in the public safety domain.

You will tailor and enhance the customer education experience for varied learners, from end users to system administrators, using live software environments, documentation, and light slide content. The role requires strong instructional experience, initiative, and adaptability, with up to 50% travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training for software products.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with public safety products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within set standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
• Create training and technical documents and course material.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
