Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies. You will support ongoing user training across global Education, focusing on user experience, customer workflows, and training quality.

You will tailor content for end users to system administrators in Public Safety contexts. The role requires presenting training in-person and virtually, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Teaching agency customers and staff how to use complex software products and services.
• Experience delivering virtual or on-site training sessions.
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Managing communications with customers and internal stakeholders on schedules.
• Creating training documents and course materials.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff how to use Motorola CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions.
• Present training via Zoom, Google Meet, or Google Slides.
• Manage communications with customers and internal stakeholders about schedules.
• Create and organize training materials and documentation.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
