Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies in the CommandCentral Training Delivery team. The role focuses on user experience, customer workflows, and training quality across public safety software suites.

Remote work is available across US states, with travel up to 50%. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical training experience, FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification, and prior Motorola

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• CJIS Security Policy adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services.
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated third party software integrations.
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides.
• Managing communication with customer and internal stakeholders related to the project and training schedules.
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operates under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is required.
