Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Enterprise Support to act as the principal technical advisor for customers across industries. You will provide guidance on architecture, governance, security, and operations, tailoring engagements to customers’ applications and use-cases.

The TAM role emphasizes advisory services, Well-Architected reviews, strategic business reviews, and proactive guidance with a focus on delivering maximum value from AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of technical work experience required.
• 2+ years of technical engineering experience required.
• Experience in Information Technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and strategic technical guidance to AWS Enterprise Support customers.
• Lead architectural reviews, Well-Architected reviews, and workshops for customers.
• Serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
• Travel 10% or more as needed and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
